His work has been funded by the NIH, CDC, American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Cancer Society. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and Director of Melanoma Epidemiology, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA.
